Hello! My name is Erin Fernandez and I am a native of CT. I graduated from Guilford Public Schools and then went on to attend Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI where I obtained a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts and Food Service Management. I also have a degree from Florida International University online in Asian Studies with a concentration in Japan and a TEFL certificate from the TEFL Academy in Ireland. I have twin daughters who are very energetic and a boat load of fun. We love traveling together as a family and always look to explore new places. I myself am in the process of learning Japanese, but have also taken classes in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish since 4th grade (though I can’t speak either fluently). I have been lucky to travel internationally as well and hope to go many more places with my husband, children and mother. I am so very excited to be part of the A3P family and look forward to meeting everyone that steps through our doors!
