Anita Aub

Hello! My name is Anita Aub. I was born in New Haven, Connecticut, and raised just down the shoreline in Madison — a small coastal town where salt air, tidal marshes, and a deep love of the outdoors became part of who I am.

I left Connecticut for Philadelphia to attend Saint Joseph’s University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in International Relations. Those years shaped how I think about the world — curious, global-minded, and always looking for the connections between people, places, and ideas.

After college, my path led me into marketing, specifically within the wellness and supplement industry — a natural home for someone who has always been drawn to herbalism and holistic health.

That same curiosity about the wider world — the one that first pulled me toward International Relations — is what brought me to Aux Trois Pommes. I’ve always believed that language is one of the most direct paths into understanding another culture, another way of seeing things.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me in my garden — or out volunteering with birds of prey, something that keeps me connected to the wild, untamed parts of Connecticut I grew up around.
