Born and raised in an Amazigh-speaking village in southeastern Morocco, I grew up immersed in a rich multilingual environment. At home, we spoke Amazigh; at school and through media, I was exposed to Moroccan Arabic, Standard Arabic, and French. Rather than a challenge, this linguistic diversity was an opportunity—one that shaped my identity and deepened my appreciation for languages and cultures. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in French Studies and a Master’s in Media Careers and Practices, both completed in French. My academic background, combined with a strong passion for language and communication, led me to teach French in Moroccan public schools for three years. During that time, I developed a dynamic, inclusive, and culturally responsive teaching style that helped students engage meaningfully with the language. In 2023, I moved to the United States, where I embraced the opportunity to learn English and share my expertise in French. I currently teach French at Aux Trois Pommes, where I aim not only to teach the language but also to inspire cross-cultural understanding through it. I firmly believe that language is more than a tool—it’s a way to see, feel, and live the world differently.
