Daniele Botti
New Italian teacher at A3P!
I was born in Saronno, not very far from Milan. I graduated from the Faculty of Literature and Philosophy of the University of Milan (www.unimi.it). In 2012, I earned my PhD in American intellectual history from the University of Eastern Piedmont (www.unipmn.it), spending the last three years as visiting fellow at Yale University (www.yale.edu/macmillan/globaljustice).
I live in New Haven, CT since January 2010. As a student of "American things and thoughts," it is now very exciting for me to undertake this new challenge by turning upside down my perspective: sharing, teaching, experiencing my own native language and culture with American children and adults! I think this is one of the greatest gifts parents can give to their children.
