“Ciao! I was born in Italy, in a little town called Cuzzago, near Lago Maggiore (VB). On coming to the US, I received an Education degree in Italian, and a certification in TESOL.
I have found great joy and satisfaction teaching language effectively for over 25 years. In addition, as the Development Manager here at Aux Trois Pommes, I recruit and interview potential teachers. I work closely with the ones hired to encourage them to implement a Natural, Communicative Approach, which builds confidence and triggers conversation and interaction in the classroom.
Here at Aux Trois Pommes, whether I am aiding our students or our teachers to succeed, it is important for us to motivate each one of them to discover and connect with their individual goals.
I have great love and passion for Italy, its language, and its culture; and I have great respect for the English language and the difficulty of the learning process I personally experienced – and yet not unsurmountable! My sincere desire to teach motivates me to research and apply the most effective learning methods and pedagogy of language learning and acquisition with both teachers and students.
I truly enjoy the environment and the variety of teaching experiences that Aux Trois Pommes continues to offer.”
